We deliver to all areas inside and outside the city through approved and refrigerated shipping companies to maintain the quality and freshness of healthy food.

If you receive a meal that does not match the specifications or has an issue, you have the right to exchange it or get a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order, while keeping the meal in its original packaging.
Important notes:
Exchanges are free if the issue is on our end (missing items – unsuitable taste – significant delay).
Refunds are not available for food that has been partially eaten.
You must take a photo of the order and send it via WhatsApp to technical support.
The amount will be refunded to you within 3 to 7 business days via the same payment method.
Cases in which we cannot accept the meal back:
If the meal has been opened or partially eaten.
If more than 24 hours have passed since receiving the order.
If there is no purchase invoice.

Absolutely! We use heat-insulated containers that keep the food hot for at least one hour from the time of preparation.
Yes, we cover all areas within the city and nearby regions. For very remote areas, the delivery time is a bit longer and we coordinate with you.
Unfortunately no, once the order is confirmed we cannot change the delivery method. However, if the order hasn't been confirmed yet, you can cancel it and place a new order with the new method.
